CONDITIONS
•The following text ("general sales conditions") governs the methods and conditions of sale of products marketed by Matic Line (the "products").All contracts for the sale of products by Matic Line to third parties (the "customers") are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and confirmation of order of purchase of the products themselves.The conditions of sale applicable to the order are those in force on the date of the order.Any modification relating to transactions or payment conditions granted by way of derogation from the General Conditions will be valid only if Matic Line has accepted that condition in writing.
•The General Conditions apply to all Customers, except for certain provisions applicable exclusively to the Consumer Customer (for "Consumer Body" means a natural person who purchases products for purposes other than business or professional activity, if necessary);it is assumed that it is not “Client Consumer” that Customer who sends a purchase proposal by entering its VAT share in the area relating to the personal data of the Customer.The Purchase Contracts stipulated by Consumer Customers also apply Articles 50 to 63 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.Matic Line may change, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions referred to in this document:such changes will have effect from the date of publication on the Site.PROCEDURE D'ACQUISTO • The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and involves the complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions.The correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Matic Line by an automatic response sent to the Customer's e-mail address.This automatic mail only confirms the correct reception of the proposal.The confirmation message will indicate the 'New Order', to be used in any subsequent communication with Le Matic Line.
• Each order is visible by the Customer in its personal area of the Site.As soon as the order is processed, the data contained within the personal area will be updated.Each Purchase Agreement concluded between Matic Line and the Customer must be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Matic Line Matic Line has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to advance claims or rights whatsoever, at any time, even compensation, in the event of failure to accept the order itself.The order is intended to be accepted by Matic Line if, within 48 hours of sending the order, the Customer should not receive any other communications.In case of non-acceptance Matic Line will notify the customer by email.• By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the General Terms and Payments described below.
PRODUCTS SALE AND CONDITIONS BFT
•“The Seller fulfils the obligation to provide information on the Products with technical cards attached to the product for sale, only finished items, not spare parts.
•It is the responsibility of the Buyer, who acknowledges the essentiality of this obligation to be in possession of the qualifications necessary for correct and safe use of the Products BFT being the destination of use only for professionals in the field as established pursuant to D.M. 37/2008
•In the case of a private user, the purchase accepts the conditions cited, in view of the technical characteristics that distinguish the products BFT related safety requirements.
•The private buyer does not have the technical skills for the natural use of the products BFT can generate potentially dangerous situations, for so long the installation can be carried out only through professional installers not being compatible with the type of products a use “do it yourself”.being professional products for use only for professional users
•The professional/technical installer specializing in the possession of adequate skills to ensure proper installation of the product, will have to issue a tax document to the customer indicating the actual installation of the product BFT.
• If not, the private customer who does not comply with the above requests in case of potentially dangerous situations created by him cannot avail himself of the guarantee of the products BFT which require professional technical skills.

PRODUCT PRICES - CONSEAR EXPENDITURE - PRODUCT DISPONIBILITY
•All product prices are clearly indicated on the Website and include VAT.They do not include any other taxes, taxes or duties laid down by the relevant legislation applicable in the event of importation.In this case, the Customer must dispose of the products by paying the duties and taxes (other than VAT) due in the importing country.The prices and availability of the products listed on the Site are subject to change at any time and without notice, provided that, limited to the orders currently accepted or already accepted by Matic Line, the conditions of sale in force will apply at the time of sending the order by the Customer.
•The availability indicated in the product cards is not updated in real time;if you have access to the site, the actual availability of individual products may vary considerably during the same day with respect to the information on the Site.By virtue of these variables Matic Line does not guarantee, therefore, the certainty of immediate evasion of the delivery of the products purchased and indicated as available on the Site and therefore it will not in any case be responsible for any delays in delivery.
•For payments with bank transfer, Matic Line will send the products only when the relative amount will be credited to the current account registered to Matic Line.
•If the delivery time of the ordered product is delayed than the delivery time indicated on the Website before the order, Matic Line undertakes to promptly notify the Customer through an e-mail message.Up to the time of shipment the Customer has the right to cancel the order or change it, exclusively following the procedures contained in his personal area.The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary according to the delivery and payment method as well as to the destination nation and the total amount of the order, is added to the total price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, within the Site.
•The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, by Matic Line, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the real product (with particular reference to the actual dimensions and/or the chromatic aspects of the products).
